1. What size should I order if I’m between sizes or unsure?
Sizing can vary between brands, so it’s completely normal to feel unsure. Some brands offer wider or more generous fits (typically G, H, and K fittings) and in these cases, we generally recommend sizing down. For brands with a standard fit, you may find it more comfortable to size up.

2. Can I return or exchange my shoes if they don’t fit?
Absolutely. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on any shoes purchased online, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase and meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy. All items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
For online returns, we recommend using the An Post Click & Post service. You can arrange this online before dropping off your parcel at your chosen location or scheduling a home collection for added convenience.
If you’re nearby, you can also return or exchange your shoes in-store, where our team will be happy to assist you.
3. How long will delivery take, and how much does it cost?
- Free Delivery on all purchases over €70 within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- For orders €70 or under, delivery costs just €5.95.
- Orders placed before 2pm are typically delivered the next working day (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday periods).
- FREE Click & Collect Service — simply choose “Collect in Store” at checkout to pick up your order directly from us.
- Please note: During SALE periods, a €5.95 delivery charge applies to all sale items within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
