Delivery Information
Free Delivery: Orders over €70 qualify for free delivery.
Standard Delivery: Orders €70 and under cost €5.95 (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland only).
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched for next working day delivery (excludes weekends, bank holidays, and busy holiday periods).
Click & Collect (Free)
Choose Collect in Store at checkout to pick up your order in person at Richard Dwyer Shoes, 11 Shop Street.
Note: During SALE periods, a €5.95 delivery charge applies to all sale items within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Returns Policy
We want you to enjoy shopping with us online as much as you would in-store. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on items purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase, provided:
Items are unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
A valid order form or receipt is included.
How to Return Online Orders (via An Post Click & Post)
We recommend using An Post Click & Post for returns. Please organise this online before going to your local drop-off point or arranging a collection.
Visit An Post Click & Post Returns.
Select Richard Dwyer Shoes as the retailer, enter your reason for return and order number.
Continue as guest, choose drop-off (€4.95) or collection (€6).
Complete your details and confirm.
Print your label (or use the barcode in the confirmation email for staff to print in the Post Office).
If collection is booked, the An Post driver will provide the label.
Note: This service is only available within the Republic of Ireland. All returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

In-Store Purchases
Exchange or Credit Note available within 21 days with receipt and goods in saleable condition.
Refunds are not available on unwanted in-store purchases (this does not affect your statutory rights).
